A regular at Paris Fashion Week, BLACKPINK’s Jisoo made her way stateside for a surprise appearance at New York Fashion Week. The K-pop idol traveled all the way from Seoul, South Korea to attend the Tommy Hilfiger Spring-Summer 2025 show, which took place on the former Staten Island ferry docked alongside the East River.
For such an occasion, Jisoo sported a fitting outfit to show her support for the brand. She wore a black mini skirt and white top layered under a varsity jacket that read Hilfiger across the back. She accessorized the look with a pair of heeled boots, a shoulder bag, and a beanie over her long black straight hair. As for makeup, she kept it simple with the focal points being her winged eyeliner and pink blush, giving the look a fresh vibe.
Prior to the show, Jisoo shared a snap of a special delivery she received from the Tommy Hilfiger team. A card on the bag revealed that it was a vintage piece from the brand, leaving us eager to see what the team pulled from the archives.
The last time Jisoo attended NYFW was way back in 2018. That year, she attended a Coach show alongside fellow BLACKPINK member Rosé. Since then, she has instead been at Paris Fashion Week for Dior. So, this marks her grand return.
However, this is just the latest of Jisoo's activities in the fashion world. She works with a number of brands, so she’s become quite a familiar face over the years. As a Dior ambassador, she’s frequently in the front rows of the Parisian brand's shows and even reps it with her day-off looks. For jeweler Cartier, she starred in the campaign for the 100th anniversary of the Trinity ring. Earlier this year, she also became the face of self-portrait, the contemporary London brand founded by Malaysian designer Han Chong. Jisoo has even been making waves in the athleisure department as the star of one of Alo Yoga’s recent campaigns. So, NYFW seems to be just one of the latest of Jisoo’s efforts.
